Human-centered solutions for healthcare.
We work closely with our partner, Health WorkForce New York, to help healthcare organizations to approach their recruitment and retention opportunities with human-centered solutions.
From pipeline-to-practice programs, to custom learning management systems and online recruitment tools, our team can help address your workforce challenges from the inside, out.
We work with you to understand your unique needs – from recruitment, training, continuing ed and retention – we find all the gaps.
Our team can work with your internal IT team to get it done, or we can create a one-of-a-kind system that works for you and your team
Technology isn’t always the answer. That’s why we also help develop boots-on-the-ground programming like the Summer Health Internship, which can help develop robust, highly qualified pipeline.
We know change is hard, whether it’s a new system to learn or a program to implement. Partnering with us is a commitment to your team’s success.
